A Capsule Whales home is a significant investment. Our 3-Year Limited Warranty provides clear protection against specified manufacturing, structural and workmanship defects.
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, Capsule Whales is your first point of contact. Our team will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate repair under the terms of your warranty.
WHAT YOUR WARRANTY COVERS
Structural Components
Coverage for specified defects affecting the primary structural frame, structural connections, capsule shell and fixed construction where the issue results from materials, manufacture or workmanship.
Electrical Systems
Coverage for specified defects affecting factory-installed electrical wiring, distribution and fixed electrical systems supplied as part of your capsule.
Plumbing Systems
Coverage for specified defects affecting factory-installed plumbing and fixed pipework supplied as part of your capsule.
Doors, Windows & Fixed Components
Coverage for specified manufacturing and workmanship defects affecting factory-installed doors, windows and fixed interior components.
Manufacturing & Workmanship
Coverage for specified defects resulting from the original manufacture and factory assembly of your capsule.
APPLIANCES & THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT
Branded appliances, air-conditioning systems, electronic equipment, smart-home devices and other third-party products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Warranty periods and conditions vary by product and manufacturer.
DIRECT SUPPORT FROM CAPSULE WHALES
If you experience an issue, contact Capsule Whales directly.
Our team will review the information provided and assess the cause. Photographs, video or additional information might be requested. Where required, we will arrange a technical inspection or site visit.
For an accepted warranty claim, Capsule Whales will determine and arrange the appropriate repair based on the nature and extent of the defect.
The warranty does not provide an automatic entitlement to replacement of the complete capsule.
YOUR 3-YEAR WARRANTY
Your Capsule Whales warranty begins on the handover date stated in your documentation and continues for three years.
Warranty coverage requires appropriate use and maintenance of the capsule in accordance with the supplied instructions.
Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, customer-caused damage and damage resulting from external events are not covered.

INSURANCE
The Capsule Whales 3-Year Limited Warranty is a product warranty and is separate from buildings, contents and other property insurance.
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable insurance appropriate to the capsule's location, installation and intended use.
