TROUBLESHOOTING

1. No Power in the Capsule

If your capsule has no electricity, check the following:

1 Ensure the main power switch or breaker inside the capsule is turned on.

2 Check the inverter display (if installed) for power status or warnings.

3 Confirm that the battery system has charge.

4 Inspect visible fuses for signs of tripping or damage.

5 Make sure all internal switches are in the ON position.

6 If connected temporarily to external power, confirm the external source is functional.

If power does not return, contact Capsule Whales Support.

2. Flickering Lights / Voltage Issues

Flickering lights may indicate:

• Low battery charge

• High appliance load

• Loose wiring or bad connections

• Inverter voltage fluctuations

Troubleshooting steps:

1 Reduce high-power appliance usage temporarily.

2 Check the inverter screen for warnings.

3 Inspect light fittings for loose bulbs or connections (if applicable).

4 Ensure battery charge is above 20%.

If flickering continues, the electrical system may require inspection.

3. Breaker Tripping

A breaker usually trips because of:

• Overloaded circuit• Overloaded circuit

• Faulty device plugged in

• Short circuit

• High-power appliances running simultaneously

Steps to take:

1 Switch off and unplug recent devices.

2 Reset the breaker.

3 Turn appliances back on one by one.

4 Avoid running multiple high-power devices at the same time.

If the breaker trips again immediately, contact support.

4. Low or No Water Pressure

Causes may include:

• Low water tank level

• Pump switched off

• Blocked filters

• Frozen pipes (in cold climates)

• Air trapped in the system

Troubleshooting:

1 Check the water tank level.

2 Ensure the water pump is powered on.

3 Clean or replace inlet filters.

4 Run water for 30–60 seconds to release trapped air.

5 Inspect visible pipes for leaks or kinks.

5. Water Leaks

Leaks may come from:

• Plumbing connections

• Shower or sink fittings• Shower or sink fittings

• Water heater

• Window or door seals

• Roof or panel joints (rare)

Steps:

1 Identify the location of the leak.

2 Turn off the water pump if necessary.

3 Dry the affected area.

4 Tighten accessible fittings gently.

5 Check window and door seals for gaps.

If water enters from exterior panels or roof, contact support urgently.

6. AWG Not Producing Water

Possible reasons:

• Low humidity

• Low temperature

• Dirty intake filters

• Blocked airflow

• Unit not powered

Troubleshooting:

1 Confirm the AWG is switched on.

2 Check the intake filter and clean if needed.

3 Improve airflow around the unit.

4 Check humidity level inside the capsule.

5 Restart the AWG using its power button.

AWGs require suitable humidity to operate normally.

7. AC / Heating Not Working7. AC / Heating Not Working

Causes may include:

• System switched off

• Incorrect mode selected

• Dirty filters

• Low power supply

• Frozen or overheated components

Steps:

1 Ensure the unit is turned on.

2 Select the correct mode (cooling or heating).

3 Clean the air filters.

4 Check if other appliances have power, indicating enough battery capacity.

5 Restart the system.

If there is no airflow at all, the system may require servicing.

8. Condensation / Moisture Problems

Condensation forms due to humidity and temperature differences.

Common causes:

• Insufficient ventilation

• Shower steam

• Drying clothes indoors

• Low surface temperatures

Solutions:

1 Ventilate the capsule daily.

2 Use extractor fan after showers.

3 Keep temperature stable.

4 Wipe visible moisture promptly.4 Wipe visible moisture promptly.

5 Ensure ventilation filters are clean.

9. Doors, Windows and Structural Issues

Issues may include:

• Stiff doors or windows

• Air leaks

• Misalignment after transport or ground movement

• Sealant deterioration

Troubleshooting:

1 Ensure the capsule is level; uneven foundations can affect alignment.

2 Lubricate hinges gently if stiff.

3 Check door and window seals for wear.

4 Inspect exterior joints for visible gaps.

If structural alignment is noticeably off, support may be required.

10. Smart System / App Not Connecting

Capsule Whales does not provide a proprietary app, but some devices may use third-party

apps.

Connection issues usually relate to:

• Weak WiFi hotspot

• Device not in pairing mode

• Incorrect network

• App permissions disabled

Troubleshooting:

1 Restart the device.

2 Restart your router or hotspot.

3 Ensure the device is in pairing mode.

4 Confirm you are connected to the correct WiFi network.4 Confirm you are connected to the correct WiFi network.

5 Follow the manufacturer’s pairing instructions included with your capsule.

11. Solar and Battery Troubleshooting (Advanced)

If your system is underperforming:

1 Check inverter for warnings or error codes.

2 Inspect solar panels for dirt, shading, or snow.

3 Confirm cables are connected and undamaged.

4 Check battery percentage.

5 Avoid using multiple high-power appliances at once.

Low winter sunlight or heavy clouds will reduce production naturally.

For technical errors, provide support with a description and photos of:

• Inverter display

• Solar panels

• Battery indicator

12. WiFi and Connectivity Problems

Connection issues may be caused by:

• Weak signal

• Router problems

• Incorrect settings

• Device distance

Steps to try:

1 Restart your router.

2 Move your device closer to the router.

3 Ensure your data plan or external internet source is active.

4 Reset network settings on your device.
