3 Receive an official quotation including capsule cost, VAT, delivery, and installation.
4 Submit site photos or videos so our team can assess access and crane requirements.
5 Approve the final specification including finishes, colours, and equipment.
6 Pay the 50% deposit securely online (Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer).
7 Production begins once you approve the technical drawings.
8 Delivery is scheduled when manufacturing and shipping are completed.
9 Installation is completed on your prepared foundations in 2–6 hours.

You must approve your drawings within 7 days to keep your production slot.
5. Customisation Rules
Capsule Whales allows customisation within safe structural limits.
Allowed Customisations:
• Interior & exterior colours
• Material & finish selection
• Minor layout adjustments
• Off-grid add-ons (solar, AWG, wind turbine)
• Furniture packages
• Smart-ready electrical features
Not Allowed:
• Structural frame changes
• Moving/adding large window openings after production begins
• Weight increases beyond transport limits
• Changes that violate shipping regulations or safety standards
All customisations must be approved before production begins.
6. Production Timeline
Our capsules follow a clear and predictable manufacturing and delivery process.
Standard Timeline:
• Production: 45 days
• Shipping to destination port: 45 days
• Total typical timeline: ~90 days
Possible Delays:
• Global shipping congestion
• Customs clearance delays
• Factory schedule changes
• Force majeure events
Therefore, the maximum realistic timeline can reach:

8. Order Changes

Only limited changes can be made.
After Day 20 or drawing approval
No changes to structure, layout, or major features are possible.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and new parts may incur additional costs.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
