Capsule Whales was founded in the UK in 2024 with a clear belief: modern living should be smarter, simpler, and better connected.
We started with modular capsule homes.
Our focus was on bringing well-designed, efficient living spaces to the UK and European markets, with strong attention to comfort, quality, flexibility, and modern design.
As our work progressed, our vision expanded.
We recognised that the future of modular living depends on more than the home itself. Energy, water, wastewater, monitoring, controls, and infrastructure all need to work together.
This thinking became the foundation for Capsule OS.
Capsule OS brings the home and its supporting systems into one integrated approach. It creates a framework for modular developments where housing and infrastructure are planned together from the beginning.
What started with individual capsule homes is growing into a broader platform for modern living.
Today, Capsule Whales works across private residential projects, hospitality, eco-resorts, modular communities, and off-grid developments. We work with manufacturing, technology, and project partners to adapt each solution around the site, its purpose, and its long-term requirements.
Our ambition is clear.
Make modular living easier to deploy.
Make infrastructure smarter.
Make developments more efficient.
Bring homes and essential systems together.
Capsule Whales began with the home.
The next chapter is the system around it.
LIVE SMART.
