Our mission is to make modern modular living simpler, smarter, and more connected.
Capsule Whales brings together modular homes, intelligent infrastructure, and integrated systems to create living environments designed around the needs of each project.
We focus on practical design, efficient use of space, comfort, flexibility, and long-term performance.
Through Capsule OS, we are extending this approach beyond the home itself.
Energy, water, wastewater, monitoring, and smart controls form part of one connected system, giving developers, landowners, hospitality operators, and project partners a more coordinated way to plan and operate modular developments.
We work across private residential projects, hospitality, eco-resorts, modular communities, off-grid developments, and larger strategic projects in the UK and Europe.
Our goal is to help create places that are easier to deploy, efficient to operate, comfortable to live in, and better prepared for the future.
LIVE SMART is more than a slogan.
It represents how we think about the home, the systems around it, and the way they work together.
