Water Systems: Independent Supply & Intelligent Management

WATER SYSTEMS

Independent Supply. Intelligent Treatment. One Connected Water Strategy.

Water is essential to every CapsuleOS project.

Our approach is simple. Design the water system around the site, the people using it, and the level of independence required.

Each project is assessed around water availability, climate, occupancy, local regulations, water quality, storage requirements, energy use, and future expansion.

From one off-grid capsule to a larger modular community, CapsuleOS brings supply, treatment, storage, reuse, wastewater, monitoring, and control into one coordinated infrastructure approach.

WATER SUPPLY

Every location is different.

Depending on the site, water might come from mains supply, boreholes, rainwater harvesting, atmospheric water generation, desalination, or a combination of sources.

The system is selected around reliability, water quality, demand, operating cost, and long-term project requirements.

ATMOSPHERIC WATER GENERATION

Atmospheric Water Generators provide an additional source of water by extracting moisture from the surrounding air.

For suitable climates and locations, AWG technology offers an option for remote sites, hospitality projects, off-grid developments, and locations where conventional water infrastructure is limited.

System size is matched to local humidity, temperature, energy availability, and expected demand.

WATER TREATMENT AND STORAGE

Reliable supply is only one part of the system.

Water treatment might include filtration, purification, disinfection, mineralisation, storage, pressure management, and quality monitoring.

Potable and non-potable water streams are managed according to their intended use and applicable standards.

DESALINATION

For coastal and island projects, desalination provides another route to local water production.

System design depends on source-water quality, required daily capacity, energy availability, treatment requirements, discharge conditions, and local regulation.

GREYWATER AND WATER REUSE

Water should be used efficiently.

Where project design and regulations support reuse, suitable greywater from showers, washbasins, and other sources is treated for applications such as irrigation or toilet flushing.

This reduces demand for newly supplied water and supports more efficient operation across the development.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Water supply and wastewater belong in the same infrastructure strategy.

Depending on the site, projects connect to existing drainage or use decentralised treatment systems designed around occupancy, discharge requirements, environmental conditions, and local standards.

SMART WATER MANAGEMENT

CapsuleOS brings visibility across the complete water system.

Water levels, consumption, flow, treatment performance, equipment status, and selected quality parameters form part of the wider monitoring and control layer.

Operators gain a clearer view of how water is produced, stored, used, treated, and managed across the project.

SCALABLE BY DESIGN

One capsule.
A small cluster.
A resort.
A complete modular community.

The same principle applies at every scale.

Source intelligently.
Treat correctly.
Store securely.
Reuse where appropriate.
Monitor continuously.

One site.
One water strategy.
One connected system.

LIVE SMART.
