Founded in the UK in 2024, Capsule Whales creates modern modular capsule living solutions and integrated systems designed for smarter living.
Our purpose is simple. Deliver well-designed spaces with strong functionality, efficient use of space, and a high standard of comfort.
LIVE SMART defines this approach.
Our capsule homes combine contemporary design, quality materials, efficient construction, and flexible layouts. We work closely with our manufacturing network to adapt specifications, layouts, finishes, and systems around the needs of each project.
Our homes suit private living, garden annexes, holiday accommodation, hospitality projects, eco-resorts, and larger residential developments.
Capsule OS takes this approach further.
Through Capsule OS, we bring together housing, energy, water, wastewater, monitoring, and smart control systems within one integrated structure. This gives developers, operators, and landowners a more coordinated approach to modular communities and off-grid projects.
Our focus extends beyond individual homes.
We work with developers, investors, hospitality operators, landowners, manufacturers, technology providers, and strategic partners on projects ranging from individual capsules to larger modular villages.
We believe modern living should be simpler to plan, efficient to operate, comfortable to experience, and designed around the needs of each site.
Capsule Whales began with modular homes.
Today, our vision is broader. Homes, infrastructure, and technology working together as one connected system.
LIVE SMART.
